As standard we offer 6, 9 or 12 month leases. However, if you have any specific time periods in mind please just let us know and we can often accommodate this. If you know when your current tenants are moving out, we can take on your property from the very next day - so you can be sure you have no vacancy period.

After each guest stay, your property will be thoroughly cleaned by our team of professional cleaners. For any routine maintenance needs, we have a trusted team of skilled tradesmen on call to promptly resolve any issues that may arise. We also provide all guest consumables, including bed linen and towels, and complete all laundry off-site, so the average 'wear and tear' for our landlords' properties is moderate or low relative to standard tenancies.
Yes. Once we have entered an agreement on a monthly rent value, we will pay this regardless of the guest occupancy rate. If we have no guests, you still get paid.
Yes, we provide you with a security deposit - just as any standard tenant would. We also take security deposits from all guests prior to their stay, at the point of booking.
Our guests typically require close proximity to the city centre, so we focus on properties in central Bristol locations such as BS1, BS8, the harbourside, and immediately surrounding areas. Our typical properties are in good decorative order and well maintained, and are usually one or two bedroom flats or studios. There is no need for your property to be fully furnished - we can take care of this for you if required. However, all properties are unique!
